As CCO, Saurabh oversees fund operations, compliance frameworks, investor reporting, and portfolio monitoring, ensuring disciplined execution, transparency, and alignment with the fund’s objectives.

Sameer manages ZenCap’s relationships with overseas and institutional investors, serving as the primary liaison and ensuring effective communication and reporting.
He coordinates investor engagement, onboarding, and ongoing updates, helping ZenCap maintain strong investor confidence and transparency while supporting the fund’s capital-raising and relationship-building objectives.

Sachin Chowdhery brings extensive global experience as an angel investor, entrepreneur, speaker, and author. He has held senior leadership roles, including Chairman of AVS and Director & Board Member at Change Co., Ltd, contributing to strategy, governance, and growth.
The author of World Class Leadership and several other business and marketing titles, Sachin is a recognized thought leader in entrepreneurship and leadership.
He actively engages with startups across Japan, the USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and capital to help businesses scale internationally. His philosophy of lifelong learning reflects a deep commitment to innovation, cross-border collaboration, and building sustainable enterprises.
Sachin Chowdhery
Strategic Advisor
Ayaki Kawasaki brings extensive global experience in startup ecosystem development, international program management, and cross-border collaboration to Zencap Fund. She plays a pivotal role in representing the fund across international markets, fostering strategic partnerships, and strengthening global networks to support portfolio companies and investment opportunities.
Ayaki has been a key figure in the management and execution of prominent global accelerator programs, including “500 KOBE” (organized by Kobe City) and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s (METI) flagship “J-StarX” initiative. Through these platforms, she has worked closely with startups, investors, and ecosystem enablers across geographies, enabling innovation-driven growth and international expansion.
Her commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs is deeply personal, shaped by her firsthand understanding of the unique challenges faced by women in business. She actively champions inclusive innovation and supports diverse founders in accessing global opportunities.
In addition to her work in the startup ecosystem, Ayaki brings a unique cultural perspective through her over 20 years of mastery in Sokyoku (traditional Japanese Koto music). This blend of global outlook and deep respect for heritage informs her approach to building meaningful, long-term collaborations.
